Adjust the hose in the Slender Hose Tree forward to put more tension on the back teats or backwards to put more tension on the front teats. This cow has one very small back udder creating an issue with balancing the claw. The side to side ability allows the operator to move the Slender Hose Tree to the right side of the cow helping to balance the claw.
